Jessica Reid is an award-winning editor and writer, and the former Digital Editor at Wanderlust. Before joining the team, she worked at a series of UK consumer titles on a freelance basis. During her time at Wanderlust, she was nominated for 'Media Rising Star of the Year' at the TravMedia Awards, and won 'Sustainability Travel Feature of the Year' at the Travel Media Awards. Her favourite adventures to date include Albania, for the country's natural beauty and welcoming communities, and the lesser-visited island of Kyushu in Japan, for its cultural traditions shaped by its geothermal landscapes. After more than three years as a part of the Wanderlust team, Jess travelled extensively across South America to develop her knowledge of Argentina, Chile, Peru and more. She continues to write for Wanderlust and national titles.
